About the FMLM Clinical Fellow Schemes

The FMLM Clinical Fellow Schemes offer emerging clinical leaders a unique opportunity to step outside of clinical practice and gain invaluable experience in leadership, management, strategy, project delivery and health policy.

Running annually from September to August, the scheme supports clinicians to develop the skills and insight needed to shape the future of healthcare at local, regional and national levels. Fellows join a growing and respected community of clinical leaders driving meaningful transformation across the system.

How to Apply

There are five Clinical Fellow Schemes available, and applicants may apply to one scheme only.

Once submitted:

• You will not be able to access or amend your application
• The information provided will be considered final

Applications are open for a four-week window. Once this period has closed, applications will be reviewed and shortlisted candidates will be invited to interview.
